By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because sessions begin immediately and are delivered digitally/energetically, no refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds are available for any package.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Care
Body Code + Emotion Code sessions provide complementary energetic support and are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare. Please continue consulting your licensed providers for medical or mental health concerns.

3. Results Vary
Every person’s system is different. While many experience emotional release or energetic shifts quickly, results are not guaranteed.

4. Session Usage & Expiration
• Single and 5-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
• The 20-session Family Package must be used within 12 months.
• Unused sessions expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.

5. Transferability (20-Pack Only)
The 20-session Family Package may be shared with immediate family members (children, partner, household). Once a session is used or assigned, it cannot be reassigned.

6. Elevate + Jackie AI Bonus
If your package includes a free month of Elevate + Jackie AI:
• Your free month starts immediately after purchase.
• Continued access after the bonus month requires an active paid membership.
• Canceling Elevate forfeits ongoing Jackie AI access unless stated otherwise during a promotional period.
