By enrolling in VIP Private Coaching and accessing any written, visual, audio, email, software, AI support, recordings, or web-based materials provided (collectively, the “Materials”), as well as participating in coaching sessions, messaging support, or any included benefits through Jackie Senatore LLC, you agree to the following:
Copyright Protection
All Materials are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, recording, reproduction, distribution, sharing, teaching, or display of the Materials is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All Materials, practices, coaching tools, recordings, and support provided through VIP Private Coaching are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, taught, or disclosed to any third party without prior written permission from Jackie Senatore LLC.
Educational Purpose Only
VIP Private Coaching is intended for educational, personal growth, mindset, and self-development purposes only. Coaching is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or mental health treatment and is not a substitute for professional care or advice.
Commitment Period
VIP Private Coaching includes a 3-month minimum commitment, designed to support deeper transformation, integration, and ongoing growth. Enrollment confirms your agreement to the minimum commitment period.
Payments & Billing
Payments are due monthly according to your selected payment schedule. Failure to complete payments does not release you from the agreed minimum commitment period.
Scheduling & Attendance
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
Included Support & Benefits
VIP coaching may include weekly coaching sessions, support between sessions, Elevate membership access, Jackie AI access, energetic practices, resources, and additional support materials. Included benefits may evolve or be updated over time at the discretion of Jackie Senatore LLC.
Unused Sessions
Weekly sessions are intended to be used within the active coaching period and generally do not roll over beyond the agreed coaching term unless otherwise approved.
No Refund Policy
All payments made toward VIP Private Coaching are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including partial participation, missed sessions, or early withdrawal from the coaching agreement.
Results Disclaimer
Individual experiences, breakthroughs, and outcomes vary. Jackie Senatore LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific personal, emotional, business, financial, health, or life results.
Client Responsibility
Clients understand that lasting transformation requires personal responsibility, participation, and willingness to engage with the coaching process. Results are influenced by many factors beyond coaching support alone.
